With a degree in Engineering Physics and direct experience in all aspects of market research, Shahrokh is able to provide clients with unique methodological approaches, advanced analytical capabilities and unique reporting techniques. With all projects Shahrokh seeks to provide information that clients can easily use to identify problems and opportunities, and develop actionable solutions to address them.

Shahrokh has worked with some of the most successful organizations in North America in a variety of sectors. He serves these organizations, and government clients with an uncompromising commitment to research excellence.

EVP, AUTOMOTIVE

Aldo has over twenty years of market research and consulting experience, with most of his work in the automotive sector, spanning North, Central and South America. He is an insightful, creative individual and an experienced thought leader who thrives where brand, marketing, and consumer insights intersect. Aldo has a proven ability to frame complex issues, uncover root causes, and successfully leverage advanced research and analytical methodologies to help automakers shape strategy and achieve their goals.

Aldo obtained his MBA from Western Washington University, and got into automotive by joining JD Power in 1998. He later became the US head of market research at Mitsubishi Motors.

Aldo has worked with the most successful global automakers, and is well respected and trusted in the industry for his ability to draw impactful insights, and present strategic recommendations to the highest levels of the organizations.

CHIEF RESEARCH OFFICER

Paul specializes in quantitative and qualitative market research, CX, product development, branding and marketing strategy. Paul is the rare research practitioner that has actually built a technology company, an ad agency and a CPG brand. He is an active investor and board member across technology, insurance and CPG. His work spans worldwide brand launches to new product development, CX, usability and market research.

He has extensive experience spanning technology (software, hardware, emerging), advertising, CPG, insurance, healthcare, automotive and education. Clients and friends along the way include Intel, IBM, HP, Dell, Aetna, The University of Texas, Microsoft, Sony, SAP and many others.

Paul holds a MA in Government (human behavior and research methodology) and a dual BA in Economics and Government from the University of Texas at Austin. Paul has taught market research and human centered design at UT Austin and frequently guest lectures and writes about research, emerging technology, branding and usability.

VP, OPERATIONS

Vincent Lee has over 20 years of experience in market research. He is a precision-driven, hands-on researcher providing our clients with timely and accurate data and information. He has worked extensively in the areas of sampling, survey programming, data processing, data analysis, quality control and, importantly, project planning and execution.

Vincent joined Panalytics Research Group following successful tenures with a number of leading research organizations, where he was responsible for a broad range of activities ranging from quality control, process development, and management of data processing departments.

As a veteran researcher, Vincent understands the importance of maintaining a flexible project and resource plan. This is why our clients continue to receive precise research results on-time from Vincent’s team.

RESEARCH DIRECTOR

With over 20 years experience in market research, Nhu Ha is a seasoned researcher with experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Nhu Ha has serviced in senior roles at leading market research agencies, working with clients from large, global companies to small, local businesses. Nhu Ha also spent time on the client side where she managed the Voice of the Customer programs and lead the team responsible for providing research services to all levels of the organization.

Nhu Ha is experienced in all aspects of the research process. Naturally curious, Nhu Ha is passionate about turning data into insights and strives to provide the highest quality deliverables for her clients.

Nhu Ha has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University, concentrating in Marketing and Human Resources. She is also a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.

Hannah has worked in the market research industry for over two decades. She has extensive experience working with organizations in a multitude of industries, including telecommunications, finance, tourism & hospitality and insurance, amongst others.

She is dedicated to overseeing projects from start to finish and enjoys being involved in all aspects of the research process – from survey and methodology design, quality control, and monitoring studies in field to tabulation & reporting. With a strong focus on customer service and quality assurance, Hannah strives to understand the needs of each client, develop plans to meet their research goals and deliver actionable results, while adhering to timelines and budget.

Hannah holds a Diploma in Marketing Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Jennifer has worked in the market research industry for over 20 years. In this time, she has gained research experience in a broad spectrum of industries including hospitality, telecommunications, finance, and energy distribution, to name a few.

Having experience as both a data capture manager and a senior data analyst, Jennifer has worked in all aspects of market research including survey design, survey programming, data capture, data processing, data analysis, reporting, and project management. She has an uncompromising commitment to our clients by focusing on delivering accurate, on-time results, while paying close attention to the individual needs of each client.

DATA SCIENCE ANALYST

Austin grew up among stacks of crosstabs so his career choice is a natural progression. Austin has previously worked in mechanical and electrical design at Intel and NZ Technologies along with being a TA in Physics during his college studies. With his strong mathematical background and physics experience, Austin brings deep data analytics and applied mathematics to your analytics.

Austin holds an Engineering Physics (BASc) from UBC. Outside of data Austin plays music and hockey along with hiking with friends and family.

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

Mali McHugh ensures projects and processes run smoothly and deliver on time, every time. With a deep curiosity surrounding human behaviour and motivation, Mali brings insights and high touch customer service to every project.

Mali has diverse research experience spanning survey programming, data processing, and data analysis. Mali holds a BA in Psychology from the University of British Columbia. For fun, you can find Mali exploring new foods around metro Vancouver.
